This is very simple. I would rather have hoped you loved my jewellery, but in the event you don’t please return it to me within 10 days of receipt, together with your details and proof of purchase.
Please return by sign for postage. If the value of the item is over £50 return by special delivery so that it will be insured for peace of mind. Once the item is received your refund will be processed.
Please Note All returned items must be in the original packaging with all labels on.
Please Note we do not refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty because of hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
